What We’ve Learned by Validating the Problem
In April, we had the chance to present Lineups Royale in Lima to key industry players during the Z Sports acceleration program. The feedback was clear: this is a real problem many are eager to see solved.
We also partnered with Universidad de las Américas (UDLA) and their sports business program, collaborating with students from their sports consumer psychology class. Together, we conducted a market study to explore our core hypothesis:
“Fans aged 14 to 25 are losing interest in watching full football matches because they’re not engaging enough. Instead, they seek more dynamic and interactive ways to connect with the sport.”
The students designed and ran a survey to validate the market and identify real user pain points. We also organized a focus group to better understand the emotional drivers and expectations of this target audience.
These efforts have helped us refine the product and confirm that we’re on the right path.

We’re proud to announce that we are currently building our MVP. In just one month since the launch of Bubble.io for mobile apps, Rodrigo (our CTO) and Tomás (Product & Ideation) have learned the platform and built a functional prototype.
